Grilled Southwest Catfish

Ingredients:
3 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. season-all
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 fresh catfish filets
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, then mix in olive oil. Rub on 4 catfish filets. Coat grill rack with non-stick spray. Grill on medium heat, 4-to-6 minutes per side, until fish is flaky.
