Mini Cheeseballs with Pretzel Sticks

Mini Cheeseballs


2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

1 (12-oz) pkg. Cheddar cheese, finely shredded

1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 c. chopped pecans


1. In a large bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave until you can stir it.

2. Add Cheddar cheese, crushed pineapple, onions and Worcestershire sauce and stir until well combined. Refrigerate for an hour.

3. Divide the mixture into 1-inch balls with a cookie scoop. Roll each ball in pecans until evenly covered.

4. Store in refrigerator up to a 7 days. Serve with crackers.


Apron Strings Notes: For a potluck or tailgate, poke a pretzel stick in each ball to provide an easy way for your guests to serve themselves.
