Instant Pot Hard-Boiled Eggs
This is our favorite way to prepare hard-boiled eggs! They are so easy to peel that the kids don't need help from the adults! We use them on salads to pack in the protein.

Put enough water in bottom of Instant Pot to cover bottom (about 1/2 cup).
Use rack or colander that fits in the IP and put up to a dozen eggs in.
Close the lid, set manual time to 8 minutes, defaulting to high pressure.
Once done, turn of the IP and use valve release.
Use tongs to remove eggs and put immediately in ice water bath.
Let cool for 10 minutes or so.
Remove, wipe dry, and place in egg container to put back in refrigerator for up to one week.
Make sure to label so others don't think they are getting fresh eggs!!
