Honey Bun Cake
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
¾ c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. milk
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream by hand, about 50 strokes. Put half the batter in a 9×13-inch pan.
2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and spread evenly over entire cake.
3. Spread the rest of the batter on top of this. Use a knife to make swirls in the cake batter.
4. Bake for about 40 minutes. Blend powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and drizzle over warm cake.
