Greek-inspired Grilled Top Sirloin Steak: Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick 1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. dried basil

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. lemon pepper 1/2 tsp. marjoram

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

1/2 tsp. dried mint

Directions: 1. In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Rub dry mixture evenly over each steak. 2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak, covered, 11-to-15 minutes for medium rare, 145 degrees F. doneness, or 13-to-16 minutes for medium, 160 degrees F. doneness. 3. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
