From scratch cornbread muffin mix

Ingredients:
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 large egg
1/3 c. milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare muffin tin with liners or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients just until combined.
3. Fill muffin tins until 1/2 full.
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
