Cream Cheese Frosting
1 c. salted butter, softened
1 (8-0z.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add butter and cream cheese and beat until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract.
2. Gradually add confectioners' sugar (about 1/2 cup at a time) and beat until smooth.
