Mozzarella Meat Swirl

x-tinymce/html Mozzarella Meat Swirl Source: Gayla Swisher Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 1 egg ¾ c. dried bread crumbs ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. black pepper 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 (8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese ¾ c. ketchup ¾ c. water 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. brown sugar Directions: 1. Mix together first 6 ingredients, then pat out meat mixture on waxed paper to a rectangle of approximately 10x14 inches. 2. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese. Roll from end to end; seal off sides. Discard waxed paper. Place meat roll in baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, mix last four ingredients. Pour over meat roll. 4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
