Dilled Baby Carrots

Dilled Carrots
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. sliced fresh carrots
1 ½ tsp. butter
¾ tsp. grated lime peel
½ tsp. dill weed
¼ tsp. seasoned salt
Directions:
Place 1 inch of water in a saucepan and add carrots. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8-9 minutes. Drain. Stir in butter, lime peel, dill and seasoned salt.
